*For the first five days, take four glasses of apple juice every day.

* At 6 pm, take a teaspoon of Epsom salt (magnesium sulphate)
with a glass of warm water.

* At 10 pm,take half cup olive oil (or sesame oil) with half cup fresh lemon juice.
Mix it well and drink it.
The oil lubricates the stones to ease their passage.
The next morning, you will find green stones in your stools.

"You might want to count them. I have had people who passes 40, 50 or up to 100 stones.
Very many."
"Even if you don't have any symptoms of gallstones,
you still might have some.
It's always good to give your gall bladder a clean up now and then.

as for everyone know Monday was the first day of Ramadhan
and to me it was dragging feet-dehydrated day for me
but i perserve
that's one of the purpose of fasting

i start to get the hang of fasting
sitting at home basically doing nothing
i wish i could be those studious type of girl who simply wake up sit and study
unfortunately i can't
major exams are like around the corner
and I've done nothing to it
I'm telling the truth
maybe i should kick the habit of procrastinating (hahahaha)
i sit in my room waiting for the time to past as fast as possible
chasing around the cat
entertain my stay-for-life at my place granny
and all i could remember was

coz yesterday Mum and I have to go to Aunt Ana place to break fast
so Mum cook before we go off
i miss the chance of having Steak for break fast

was superly surprise!
getting along with Aisyah and Abu was great

sungguh gembira dapat berpuasa lagi tahun ini
basically i did nothing
supposingly go out to teach Izzat maths
you dissapoint me
so i stay at home
slack
not feeling hungry though
slept at one plus
so did Bo ( granny cat )
He/She slept under my study table
coincidently
both of us woke up at the same timing ( 3pm )
another 4 hours to break the fast
so i killed time by blogging
oh well
now its like 6.33 pm
